Liva Diamonds Return & Exchange Policy

International Orders:

  • Returns/Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the product is defective.
  • Defective Products: If you've received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the invoice.

  • Return Process: Once your claim is confirmed, return the item in its original condition along with the invoice. We will guide you through the process.

Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 7 days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the invoice.
  • Return Charges: Our courier partner will collect the item from your address at no additional cost.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

    2. Wait for a confirmation before sending the product back.
    3. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.
    4. Include the invoice/guarantee card in the return package.
    5. For jewelry items, use the orange lock provided with the jewelry box. Confirm the lock's serial number with customer care before initiating the return.

Diamond & Certified Products:

For diamond and certified jewelry, we will initiate a refund or exchange after verifying their authenticity. Our team ensures that every piece is carefully inspected to maintain the highest standards of quality.
